- I suggest checking your fasting and 2-hour insulin levels before our appointment (optional but helpful). This helps me better assess your current metabolic health. You can do this by:
- Ordering a Lilli At-Home Insulin Testing Kit
- Requesting an oral glucose tolerance test with insulin from your healthcare provider (be sure to specify “with insulin”)
- Testing through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics.
