Our Commitment to Research

At Lilli Health, we are deeply committed to advancing research that drives our mission of transforming the way patients are monitored and managed for insulin resistance. Our ongoing studies focus on establishing insulin testing as a critical component of care and promoting the Low Insulin Lifestyle as the standard of treatment for patients with insulin resistance and PCOS. We believe that through evidence-based research, we can create a lasting impact in improving patient outcomes and ensuring that each individual receives proactive, effective care.

Fasting Insulin and HOMA-IR by Age, Sex, Race/Ethnicity, BMI, and PCOS Diagnosis
Currently Recruiting

This study (NCT05950282) aims to explore how fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance (measured by HOMA-IR) vary across different demographic and clinical factors. Specifically, this study examines the relationships between insulin resistance and factors like age, sex, race/ethnicity, body mass index (BMI), and a PCOS diagnosis.

Through this research, we hope to identify patterns and disparities in insulin resistance across these groups. The insights gained from this study could help us better understand how metabolic health conditions develop and provide more targeted approaches for managing insulin resistance and related conditions. This observational study is essential to our commitment to advancing care for insulin resistance and supporting personalized, evidence-based treatment.

A Randomized Waitlist-Controlled Trial Evaluating the Lilli App for Weight Loss in Overweight Women with PCOS (LILACS)
Not Yet Recruiting

LILACS is a randomized waitlist-controlled trial evaluating whether the Lilli App can facilitate weight loss in overweight women with PCOS over 12 weeks. The study tracks total body weight loss, insulin sensitivity (HOMA-IR and QUICKI), metabolic markers, PCOS symptoms, and menstrual regularity to assess whether app-guided lifestyle support improves metabolic and hormonal health.
