Designed to help women manage insulin resistance, these sessions focus on personalized recommendations based on the Low Insulin Lifestyle to improve hormone balance and support long-term wellness.

Insulin Resistance (Male):

Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $225

Tailored for men, this option applies our Low Insulin Lifestyle to effectively lower insulin levels and support testosterone balance, helping men improve metabolic health through sustainable lifestyle changes.

  • Provide practical strategies for lowering your insulin levels while maintaining the flexibility to enjoy your life.
  • Answer all your questions and address any concerns with clear, detailed explanations, so you leave with a full understanding of how to apply the Low Insulin Lifestyle to your daily habits.

You’ll leave the session with your personalized Patient Guide and with the knowledge and resources to succeed on your journey.

To make the most of our consultation:
  • I recommend reading my book or watching my free webinar beforehand. This allows us to spend our time together diving deeper into your personalized plan, but if you’d like, we can also cover the fundamentals of a Low Insulin Lifestyle.
  • I suggest checking your fasting and 2-hour insulin levels before our appointment (optional but helpful). This helps me better assess your current metabolic health. You can do this by:
    • Ordering a Lilli At-Home Insulin Testing Kit
    • Requesting an oral glucose tolerance test with insulin from your healthcare provider (be sure to specify “with insulin”)
    • Testing through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics.
